All Accounts View
Read this article to learn how to review spend, efficiency, and budget pacing across every advertising account you manage - Amazon Ads, Amazon DSP, Walmart, Criteo, and Instacart - in one sortable table
The All Accounts view is a single roll-up screen across every advertising account you manage, normalized to USD so accounts from different retail media networks can sit in one sorted, filterable table.
The view answers three questions at a glance, without opening each account individually:
- Where is your money going?
- Which accounts are off their efficiency targets?
- Which accounts are off budget pace?
Prerequisites
- All Accounts view is reachable from every app in Intentwise — Sponsored Ads, Amazon DSP, Walmart, Criteo, and Instacart — not just Sponsored Ads.
- Only accounts you have access to appear in the table.
- Not every network reports every metric. See Metric availability by channel below before you rely on a column for a given account.
Note: Unsupported metrics render as a dash (–), not a zero. A dash means the network doesn't report that metric — it's never a sign of bad performance.
How All Accounts Works
Each row is one account — there's no brand grouping or nested roll-up. A pinned Total row sits above the accounts and sums across everything currently in view.

Note: Current Month Budget and Current Month Projected Spend show a dash and can't be edited for DSP rows, since DSP accounts don't have an account-level budget.
Opening All Accounts
- From any app in Intentwise, open the account switcher at the top of the page.
- Select All Accounts, pinned at the top of the list. Every account is listed below it, searchable and sorted by spend, with the app it belongs to shown alongside.
- Click any account name — in the switcher or in the table — to go directly into that account inside its own app (Sponsored Ads, DSP, Walmart, Criteo, or Instacart).

Customizing Your Table
- Use the column selector to choose from available columns, including Spend (USD and local currency), Ad Sales (USD and local currency), ACoS, TACOS, ROAS, Current Month Budget, and more.
- Drag columns to reorder them, search for a specific column, or use select/deselect all.
- Local-currency columns are off by default — turn them on if you want to see figures in each account's native currency alongside the normalized USD view.
- Target ACOS and Current Month Budget (except for DSP) can be edited directly in the table — click the cell to enter a value. An unset target or budget reads Not set, not zero.

Filtering and Date Ranges
- Use the channel tabs at the top of the table to jump to a single network, or stay on All Channels. Each tab shows a live account count.
- Open the filter panel to narrow by account name, channel, type, country, currency, or any numeric metric (spend, ACoS, ROAS, and more), using greater-than, less-than, or equals. There's no separate search box — account-name search lives inside the filter panel.
- Applied filters appear as removable chips directly above the table, with a Reset link to clear them all.
- Choose a date range from Today, Yesterday, Last 7/14/30/60/90 days, Current Month, or Previous Month.

Comparing Two Periods
Turn on Compare from the date-range menu to see the current period against a prior one.
- Each comparable metric (Spend, Ad Sales, ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, Avg CPC, Impressions, Clicks) expands into four columns: Current, Previous, Change, and Change (%).
- Local-currency comparisons use each account's own currency. Compare figures aren't shown in local currency for USD-only accounts or for the Total row, since currencies can't be summed together.

Using Scorecards
The KPI strip above the table gives you an at-a-glance summary of the accounts currently in view.
- Choose which cards to show from the Financial, Efficiency, and Engagement groups — available metrics include Ad Spend, Ad Sales, Total Revenue, Budget, Projected Spend, ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, Avg CPC, Budget Pacing, Impressions, Clicks, and CTR.
- Scorecards always reflect your current filters, so they update as you narrow the table.
- In Compare mode, each card also shows the change versus the prior period.
- You can dismiss individual cards or collapse the whole strip.

Taking Action on Multiple Accounts
Select the checkbox on one or more rows to open the action bar:
- Edit — update targets or budgets across the selected accounts at once.
- Sync with Amazon — pulls the latest data for the selected accounts (Amazon accounts only). From the Amazon Ads tab, select the accounts you want to sync, then click Sync with Amazon. Intentwise already runs a structure sync with Amazon every hour, so this is only needed if you want an update sooner. Learn more about Sync with Amazon
- Label — apply an existing label, or create a new one.

What to Expect
- Change values in Compare mode are shown neutrally in the table, without red/green coloring.
- Currency is always normalized to USD for cross-account totals; local currency is available as a separate view, never blended into the same cell.
FAQs
-
Why do some accounts show a dash (–) instead of a number?
That account's channel doesn't report that metric. For example, Walmart doesn't support ACoS, and DSP has no account-level budget, so those cells always show a dash.
-
Can I edit budgets and targets directly from All Accounts?
Yes. Target ACoS and Current Month Budget are editable in the table for every channel except DSP, which has no account-level budget.
-
Does clicking an account take me to a new page?
Clicking an account name routes you into that account inside its own app — Sponsored Ads, DSP, Walmart, Criteo, or Instacart — so you can dig into performance without losing your place in All Accounts.
-
Can I save my column and scorecard choices?
Right now, column and scorecard selections apply only to your current session. If persistent preferences would help your workflow, let your Intentwise contact know.
