Choose from predefined queries or run multiple simultaneously across instances. Schedule in advance or request custom queries—Intentwise Explore caters to your every need. Leverage pre-built or customize for unique requirements. Availability: Intentwise Explore (AMC) ### **My Queries** Navigate to the **My Queries** tab under Queries for a comprehensive overview of all your queries. You can add queries by clicking the "Add Query" button. Note: If you cannot find the query you're looking for in the Query Library, you can [request a custom query](https://app.intentwise.com/amc/amc-request-custom-query) by filling out the form. ### Add a Query Go to a query and click the respective query.![](https://help.intentwise.com/hubfs/image-png-Jun-26-2026-12-58-22-4269-PM.png)![](https://help.intentwise.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jun-26-2026-12-58-51-3851-PM.png?width=3346&height=2088&name=image-png-Jun-26-2026-12-58-51-3851-PM.png) To execute queries using the Intentwise platform, add the following details: - Name - Frequency - Date Range and exclusion - Select instances and specify DSP Orders and Sponsored Ads Campaigns using input parameters (optional) - Labels All your selected queries find a home in the "[My Queries](https://app.intentwise.com/amc/amc-queries/amc-my-queries)" tab for easy access and monitoring. ### Standard Queries Are Added Automatically When you onboard a new or existing AMC instance, Intentwise automatically adds our standard queries to it and runs a backfill, so historical results are ready without setting up each query by hand. Queries that rely on paid AMC datasets (such as Amazon Insights, Amazon Retail Purchases or Brand Store Insights) are added once those datasets are activated in your AMC account. You can still add, edit or remove queries at any time. ### Date Range Options When you add or edit a query, choose the date range the query should analyze. Along with fixed lookbacks and custom ranges, you can select: - **Month to Date (MTD):** from the first day of the current month through the latest available date. - **Last 12 Months:** a rolling 12-month window, useful for lifetime value, repeat purchase and other long-horizon analyses. You can still exclude the most recent days to allow for AMC data latency. ![AMC query date range options including Month to Date and Last 12 Months](https://help.intentwise.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Help%20Center/2026-10%20release%20updates/amc-date-range-options.png?width=632&height=220&name=amc-date-range-options.png) ### When Your Queries Run - **One-time (Once) queries** run within about 15 minutes of being set up. - **Recurring queries (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly)** run for the first time within about 15 minutes of being set up. After that, they run on their regular weekly, monthly or quarterly schedule. - **Multiple instances:** when a query is added to several AMC instances, it runs on them in parallel, so results arrive faster. - **Custom day for monthly queries:** if your team needs monthly results on a specific day of the month (for example, the 2nd), contact your Intentwise account team or [help@intentwise.com](mailto:help@intentwise.com). Go to **Query Results**. 2. Filter to **one AMC instance**. Bulk download works on one instance at a time. 3. Optionally narrow the results further with the other filters, such as frequency, query name, query type, status, or date range. Only the results that match your filters are included. 4. Click the download icon and choose bulk download. Intentwise packages the matching result files into one .zip file. If more than one instance is selected, you'll be asked to choose a single instance before downloading. Certain queries may take hours to populate, but with Intentwise Explore, you can schedule them in advance, ensuring your data is ready when needed. Want to explore more? Yes. By default, monthly queries follow the standard monthly schedule. If you need results ready by a specific day (for example, the 2nd of each month), contact your Intentwise account team or [help@intentwise.com](mailto:help@intentwise.com) with your organization name and the day you need. Organizations without a custom day keep the existing schedule. ### Why did my query fail, and how can I ensure it runs successfully? Your query may fail if it includes a large amount of data, such as querying over 9,000 campaigns. The Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) API has limits on the amount of data it can process at once, which could cause the query to fail without a clear reason. To improve your chances of success, try reducing the amount of data in the query by adjusting the number of campaigns or other parameters. After making these changes, you can reschedule and run the query again.
