Provides a comprehensive analysis of customer lifetime value and repeat purchase behavior using a 5-year lookback window, powered by Amazon’s Retail Purchases Paid dataset from AMC. -
Shopper Funnel
Tracks shoppers across different journey stages, helping advertisers identify opportunities to engage and convert new or repeat customers more effectively. -
Shopper Insights – Abandoners
Highlights users who interacted with key purchase-related actions (like product detail views or add-to-cart events) but did not complete a purchase, enabling retargeting via Sponsored Ads or DSP.

Check to see if you have a Query running. Learn more about Queries here.
Also, confirm that the associated AMC instance is active and that there is sufficient data overlap to populate the dashboard. If you still face issues, please reach out to us at help@intentwise.com.
Why can't I see data in the Insights View anymore?
Check the frequency of your Queries. One-time runs will only show data during the date range you requested.
