Thank you for showing interest in Walmart services. With Walmart integration, you can:

  1. Take advantage of the new campaign type SBV (Search Brand Videos). It is exclusively available to API partners.

  2. Leverage robust analytics, rules, and alerts.

Walmart Onboarding Process

Onboarding is simple. You need to add Intentwise as an API partner on the Walmart Console. The entire process takes 2–3 working days. Last 60 days data would be available once the set up is done.

Please note- that only account admins can add an API partner. An API Partner with write access to your account can view and edit every campaign within that account.

Here's the steps to add Intentwise as an API partner:

Step 1: Accessing the Admin Page

Log in to and navigate to the API Partner - Advertiser Level section on the Admin page.

Step 2: Adding a Partner

Click + Add Partner at the bottom of the section.

Step 3: Selecting Intentwise
In the API Partner name dropdown, scroll and select Intentwise.

Step 4: Granting Access

Select the level of access: Provide Write access to Intentwise.

Step 5: Confirming the Integration

Click Add Partner. Intentwise can now access your advertising account via the Sponsored Search APIs.

If you are solely managing a single advertising channel, kindly contact our Sales or your Account Manager for the most up-to-date pricing information.

If you're a current subscriber of Intentwise Ad Optimizer and would like to add access to Walmart, an extra charge of $250 per month will be applied. The cost for advertising on Walmart will be combined with the pricing tiers already established in your contract.

For example, if you spend $50k on Amazon (falling under our tier 1 structure), our fee is $1,250/mo (2.5% of the spend)*. Let's say you spend $15k on Walmart. Revised pricing would be 2.5% of $65k on top of the base fee of $250. The total would be, $1,625 + $250 = $1,875.

This would count toward your data sources based on the number of accounts that are activated.

Next Steps

Reach out to the Intentwise support team at [email protected] and provide the following details:

  1. Intentwise Account Name:

    Name of your Intentwise account to which you want to map your Walmart Advertising account.

  2. Walmart Advertiser ID:

    To find your Advertiser ID, log into Walmart Ad Center and go to the left Navigation menu > Reports > Advertiser. You can find your 6-digit Advertiser ID in the URL on this page:[Advertiser ID]

Once we get the required details, we will initiate the onboarding process from our end, which takes a day to complete. We'll have Sales send you a contract with your updated pricing tiers.
