System Health Tab

This tab provides a way to track the status of your report downloads and other metadata on Intentwise Analytics Cloud. If you're experiencing data delays or noticing missing data in your report or simply want to check if the latest download for your report is available, this tab can come in handy.


Accessing System Health

  • Simply navigate to the System Health tab under Intentwise Analytics Cloud Dashboard

  • Select the desired date, "yesterday" or "today"

  • Apply the relevant filters to narrow your search results

What do different columns mean

Account Name

Name of the account

Data Source

Which data source is the report available for.
Currently, it shows reports only for: Vendor Central, Seller Central, Ad, Brand Search Term

Report Type

The name of the report

Report Date

The most recent date for which the data is available

Status

Status of report download:

Completed- download is complete

In-progress- report download is in progress

Pending- report download not initiated yet
Failure- if the report download failed
No data available- there is no data available for the report

Reason for failure

If the report download failed, the reason would be stated here

Frequency

How frequently is the report downloaded

Lookback

The historical data available for the report

Row Count

No. of records in the report
