# How to Generate Access Key for BigQuery Data Pipeline

### Steps for generating access key in BigQuery

To generate the Access key in BigQuery, please follow the below instructions:

1. Sign in to your Google console at [https://console.cloud.google.com](https://console.cloud.google.com).
2. Click the project name which you had created for Intentwise.
3. On the sidebar, choose **IAM & Admin -\> Service Accounts**
4. Click **"+ CREATE SERVICE ACCOUNT"**
5. Fill-out service account details and then grant following roles and save

     1. **BigQuery Data Editor**
     2. **BigQuery Job User**

6. Click the newly created service account and click on **KEYS** tab on the top and then click "**ADD KEY**" -\> "**Create new key**" -\> choose "**JSON**" -\> click "**CREATE**"

7. A JSON-key file will be automatically downloaded to your machine.
8. Open the Json file in a text editor and copy the content in [https://privnote.com/](https://privnote.com/) and share with Intentwise.
