Intentwise AI Gateway Setup Guide for Claude.ai

Everything you need to connect your Claude.ai to your Amazon data, personalize your experience, and start generating reports using Intentwise AI Gateway.

Option A — Claude.ai (Team or Enterprise)

ADMIN FIRST  Admins must complete Steps 1–4 before team members can connect. This is a one-time admin task.

  • Admin Setup (One-Time for whole team)

Step 1: Open Organization Settings

Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of Claude.ai, then select “Organization settings.”

Step 2: Go to Connectors

In the left menu, click “Connectors.”

Step 3: Add Custom Connector

Click Add Custom Connector at the bottom of the page.

Step 4: Enter the Intentwise Details:

Name: Intentwise
Server URL: https://mcp.intentwise.com/mcp

  • Team Member Setup

Step 5: Go to Settings → Connectors

Click your profile icon in the top-right of Claude.ai, then Settings, then Connectors.

Step 6: Connect

Find “Intentwise” in the list (it will be marked Custom) and click “Connect.” Sign in with your Intentwise credentials.

Option B — Claude.ai (Pro or Max)

Step 1: Go to Settings → Connectors

Click your profile icon in the top-right of Claude.ai, then Settings, then Connectors.

Step 2: Add Custom Connector 

Click Add Custom Connector at the bottom of the page.

Step 3: Enter the Intentwise Details:

Name: Intentwise
Server URL: https://mcp.intentwise.com/mcp

Step 4: Sign in

You will be prompted to log in with your Intentwise credentials to authorize the connection.
