Learn how you can migrate your Criteo advertising accounts to Roundel for use within the Intentwise Ad Optimizer platform. This guide covers both scenarios: if you already have a Roundel account or if you are starting from scratch. ### If You Already Have a Roundel Account 1. **Provide Account Details** - Share your Roundel **Account Name** and **Account ID** with Intentwise via chat or at help@intentwise.com. - This information is required to initiate the API access request. 2. **API Access Request** - Intentwise will contact the Roundel team to request API access to your RMS account. - Once approved, Intentwise will set up your account in the Intentwise Ad Optimizer. 3. **Data Availability** - Expect data availability within **24 hours** of API approval, if there is any available. --- ### If You Do Not Have a Roundel Account 1. **Initiate Account Creation** - Contact the Roundel or Criteo team to request a new account setup. 2. **Access the Roundel Console** - Once your account is created, Roundel will provide you with login access to their console. 3. **Set Up Campaigns** - Note that no campaigns will be migrated from Criteo to Roundel. - You will need to create new campaigns within the Roundel console. #### Partnering with Intentwise 1. **Provide Account Details** - Share your **Account Name** and **Account ID** with Intentwise. 2. **API Access Request** - Intentwise will initiate the API access request with Roundel on your behalf. 3. **Data Setup** - Once access is granted, Intentwise will set up your account within the Intentwise platform. - Data typically becomes available within **24 hours** of API approval, if there is any. ### Frequently Asked Questions **Can I migrate existing campaigns from Criteo to Roundel?** No, existing campaigns cannot be migrated.
