      Scheduling Dashboard Emails in Intentwise Analytics Cloud (IAC)

      Learn how to automate dashboard delivery, set recurring email schedules, and manage recipients in Intentwise Analytics Cloud. (Email scheduling, dashboard reports, automated delivery)

      The Email Scheduler in Intentwise Analytics Cloud (IAC) allows you to email dashboards at scheduled intervals automatically. Instead of manually downloading or sharing PDFs, you can set daily, weekly, monthly, or one-time deliveries—ensuring stakeholders receive consistent insights at the right time.

      This feature is ideal for teams that rely on regular reporting, cross-team visibility, or automated insight sharing.

      There are two ways in which you can create the email Schedules:
      1. Directly from the Dashboard

      2. From Global Settings

      1. Create a Schedule from a Dashboard

      1. Under Intentwise Analytics, navigate to Insights> Retail Analytics and open the dashboard.

      2. Click the Email icon in the top bar.

      3. In the pop-up, click Create New Schedule.

      4. Fill in the schedule details:

        • Schedule Name

        • Start & End Date

        • Frequency (Once / Daily / Weekly / Monthly)

        • Time & Time Zone

        • Recipients (Typeahead search)

      5. Expand the filter bar and review the applied filters.

      6. Click on Create Schedule.

      2. Create a Schedule from Global Settings

      1. Go to Global Settings → Email Schedules.

      2. Click Create New Schedule.

      3. Select the App and Dashboard.

      4. Fill in the schedule details:

        • Schedule Name

        • Start & End Date

        • Frequency (Once / Daily / Weekly / Monthly)

        • Time & Time Zone

        • Recipients (Typeahead search)

      5. Click on Create Schedule.

      Managing Existing Schedules

      Dashboard-Level Management

      To view schedules tied to a dashboard:

      1. Open the dashboard.

      2. Click the Email icon.

      You’ll see schedules you created and schedules you are subscribed to.

      Available actions:

      • Edit / Delete (creators only)

      • Subscribe / Unsubscribe to schedules

      • View Details

      Managing All Schedules in Global Settings

      1. Go to Global Settings → Email Schedules.

      2. View all schedules you own or receive. Columns shown include: Dashboard, Schedule Name, Frequency, Time, Creator, and Status.

      3. Available actions:

        • Delete

        • Pause/Resume

        • Subscribe / Unsubscribe to schedules
