Shopify Data Source in Intentwise Analytics Cloud (IAC) 

Shopify is now supported as a data source in Intentwise Analytics Cloud (IAC).

Connect your Shopify accounts to Intentwise Analytics Cloud to access session, sales, product, traffic sources, and geo data.  

Getting Access to Shopify as a Data Source

Currently, connecting Shopify as a data source in IAC is a manual process. Follow these steps to get started:

1. Request Access

   • Send an email to help@intentwise.com requesting Shopify account integration.

2. Provide Access via OAuth

   • Once your request is received, the Intentwise team will generate and share an OAuth URL with customers.

   • Customers can authenticate using their Shopify credentials and grant consent for Intentwise to securely access data via APIs.

3. Data Availability

   • Data should start flowing into your IAC dashboards within 24-48 hours after access is granted.

   • Reach out to the support team if you experience delays.

How to access Shopify data on Intentwise

To view your Shopify data within Intentwise, follow these steps:

1. Go to Intentwise Analytics Cloud from the left navigation menu

2. Navigate to Insights > Retail Analytics

3. Click on the Add Dashboards button

4. Enable the Shopify Overview dashboard

5. Assign users and click Save

6. Go to the dashboard and click on View dashboard
7. Access the dashboard
