If you are having trouble logging into the Intentwise platform, there could be an issue with the browser cache. This article will walk through the steps to troubleshoot.

### Steps to clear the browser cache

1. From your Chrome browser, go to [https://app.intentwise.com](https://intentwise.intercom-clicks.com/via/e?ob=kzRKDj1PmHxkek5LGGT0sIM0MCAo0jTNJTwhDSNGHxs%3D&h=f96b0419a96a5ee3524028aee0b68560c32749f6-ddgxx02g_129566600006364)
2. Open developer tools: Settings -\> More Tools -\> Developer Tools
