Click on **Authorize Access**. You will be redirected to TikTok in the same tab. Log in with the TikTok Business Center account that has access to the advertiser(s) you want to connect. A single authorization brings in every advertiser your TikTok user has access to. 1. You will see the list of TikTok advertisers under the **TIKTOK ADVERTISER** column. All advertisers are selected by default. Select the checkbox next to each advertiser you want to connect. Click on **Done** to return to Account Management. The Accounts tab reloads, and any new Intentwise accounts you created will appear in the list. **Note:** It can take up to 24 hours for the data to flow in. ### **How to access TikTok Ads data on Intentwise** To view your TikTok data within Intentwise, follow these steps: 1. Navigate to **Intelligence \> Commerce Insights \> Retail Analytics![](https://help.intentwise.com/hubfs/undefined-Jun-26-2026-06-47-35-0214-AM.png)** 2. Click on the **Add Dashboards** button![](https://help.intentwise.com/hubfs/image-png-Jun-26-2026-07-46-05-0367-AM.png) 3. Access the dashboard![](https://help.intentwise.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jun-26-2026-07-33-07-3386-AM.png?width=670&height=415&name=image-png-Jun-26-2026-07-33-07-3386-AM.png) ### **Key Use Cases** **Cross-Platform Attribution:** Measure the impact of TikTok alongside Amazon, Walmart, and other channels. **Audience Insights:** Use TikTok engagement data to refine your broader media strategies. **Ad Performance Analysis:** Optimize your creative and bidding strategies based on TikTok ad data. ### **Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)** #### **Do you support TikTok Shop or only TikTok as a social platform?** Currently, Intentwise reports on **TikTok advertising data** only. However, we plan to expand support to include **TikTok Shop and affiliate commission data**. This expansion is expected by the **end of Q4 2025**. #### **What happens if only some of my advertisers are linked?** TikTok returns a result for each advertiser, so a submission can partly succeed. In that case, Step 3 shows “N of M account(s) linked successfully”, or “Failed to link M account(s)” if none were linked. The advertisers that could not be linked are listed under **TIKTOK ADVERTISER**, with the reason from TikTok under **REASON**. If TikTok doesn’t share a reason, you will see “Unable to link this advertiser”. ![](https://help.intentwise.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Oct-16-2026-03-27-05-3286-PM.png?width=670&height=326&name=undefined-Oct-16-2026-03-27-05-3286-PM.png) The advertisers that were linked are connected and will start syncing. To retry a failed advertiser, click on **Add Accounts** again and repeat the steps for that advertiser. #### **Why was the mapping step skipped?** If all the TikTok Ads advertisers available to your organization are already connected to Intentwise accounts, Intentwise skips Step 2 and takes you directly to Step 3 with the message below. The account is already selected for another advertiser. Each Intentwise account can be mapped to only one advertiser. 2. The account is inactive, or it already has an active TikTok Ads subscription. 3. The account list is still loading. It loads separately from the advertisers, so the dropdown may briefly show fewer options. #### **What if I denied the TikTok consent request?** Intentwise will show “TikTok Ads consent request denied. Please try again!!!” and keep you on Step 1.
