Controlling Access to Your White-Labeled Dashboards
Manage user roles and permissions to control access, maintain security, and ensure the right people have the right level of access.
User Access Management
User Access Management lets you define who can view and interact with your white-labeled dashboards. Admins can add and edit users, assign dashboard access, and set roles to ensure the right permissions are in place. Once you’ve created a white-labeled dashboard, follow these steps to grant client access:
-
Navigate to Foundation → Whitelabel → User Access Management

-
Add a New User:
-
Click the Add User button. This will redirect you to Account Management in Global Settings, where you can add more details.

-
Enter the client's name and email, then select the accounts they should have access to. Before adding the user, make sure to tick the checkbox confirming your authorization for access to critical business information.

-
-
Edit Existing User Access:
-
To modify a user’s access, click the pencil icon next to their name and adjust the account permissions as needed.

-
You can control which dashboards the user has access to.

-
Your client will only need one email to access all the accounts you assign to them.
Remember, only admins can add and manage users.
