[White Label](https://help.intentwise.com/intentwise-analytics-cloud?hsLang=en#white-label) # Controlling Access to Your White-Labeled Dashboards ## Manage user roles and permissions to control access, maintain security, and ensure the right people have the right level of access. ### User Access Management User Access Management lets you define who can view and interact with your white-labeled dashboards. Admins can add and edit users, assign dashboard access, and set roles to ensure the right permissions are in place. Once you’ve created a white-labeled dashboard, follow these steps to grant client access:  1. Navigate to **Foundation → Whitelabel → User Access Management** ![](https://help.intentwise.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Sep-10-2026-03-08-42-2320-PM.png?width=670&height=382&name=image-png-Sep-10-2026-03-08-42-2320-PM.png) 2. **Add a New User**: - Click the **Add User** button.
