Set up and manage your branded Retail and AMC dashboards for deeper insights.
Once you've enabled White Label insights as explained in this article, you'll see the Insights section in the left navigation menu. From here, you can configure white label settings, set up Retail and AMC Analytics dashboards, and manage user access to provide a seamless, branded experience for your clients.
Retail Analytics & AMC Analytics
By default, enabling Insights provides access to Retail Analytics. If you need to white-label AMC dashboards (Intentwise Explore), you can request access separately. This article covers how to set up and manage dashboards within Insights.

Retail Analytics: Set up and manage your default dashboards.

AMC Analytics: Access your AMC dashboards (from Intentwise Explore) if enabled.
Note: Enabling Insights from My Connections activates only Retail Analytics by default. If you're white-labeling AMC, contact us at help@intentwise.com to enable AMC Analytics.

Steps for setting up dashboards

Under Insights, go to Retail Analytics (or AMC Analytics if enabled)

Click on the "Add Dashboards" button

Select the dashboards and click Continue. You can also preview the dashboards or request custom dashboard from this screen.

Manage users who have access to the dashboards and click "Assign"

Click Done
