Guidelines for Closing Your Account in the Middle of the Month

Intentwise Ad Optimizer

Please note that there is a 30-day notice period for account closures. If you decide to close your account in the middle of the month, charges will be calculated on a pro-rated basis.

Example:

Your contract states the monthly charge is higher of x% of spend or $600. In case you decide to leave and your notice period ends on the 15th (middle of the month). In this case, we'll calculate the monthly charge according to the higher of ad spend % or $600 first. Let's say your monthly charge comes to $600. We'll prorate this to 15 days, and you'll be charged $300.

Regarding the 30-day notice period, we simply add 30 days from the day you inform us for billing. For example, if you give notice on February 15th, we will charge you for the period from February 1st to February 29th, and then from March 1st to March 15th.

Intentwise Analytics Cloud

Please be aware that there is a 30-day notice period for account closures. If a data source is active for any duration during the month, it will be included in the monthly charge.

Typically, if you have been using the platform for more than 15 days, you will be billed for the entire month, and you can continue using our services until the end of the month.
