How to Create a Report-Level Filter

Read this article for instructions to create a report-Level filter for your Looker Studio dashboard and share it with your team/clients.

Steps to Create a Report-Level Filter on Looker Studio

  1. Navigate to Intentwise Analytics Cloud

  2. Go to Dashboard Templates in the left menu, select a template, open it with Looker Studio, and create a copy.

     

  3. Click on File > Select Report Settings

     

  4. On the right side, go to the 'Report Settings' tab > Click on 'Add A Filter'

     

  5. Click 'Create A Filter' in the right menu of 'Filter Picker'

     

  6. A new tab will appear. In the 'Create Filter' tab, enter the necessary information. You can create a filter for one or multiple accounts.

     

  7. Grant access to your report with 'Viewer Access'
