See performance aggregated at ASIN, Keyword, Product Targeting, Campaign and Portfolio level using Roll-Ups
In a typical advertising account on Amazon, a single product, keyword or product target can exist in multiple campaigns. Understanding performance across the account at an ASIN, or keyword, or campaign level requires you to download data and then create pivot tables, which can all be very time-consuming.
"Roll Up" solves this problem for you. You can roll up at an ASIN, Keyword, Product Targeting, Campaign, Label, Search term, and Portfolio level.
Roll Ups at different levels
1. ASIN Roll up: View the performance aggregated at an ASIN level. You can also roll up by labels or product meta data attributes. Learn more about product meta data here.

2. Keyword Roll up: You can roll up keywords at four levels:
-
Keyword level: See the performance aggregated at a keyword level.
- Match type level: View the performance aggregated at a match type level.
-
Brand Type: See the performance aggregated at a brand type level. You can input your brand terms under Global Settings > Brand Terms. All keywords containing your specified brand terms will be categorized as your brand type.
-
Label: View the performance aggregated by label. Learn more about labels here.

3. Campaign Roll up: Under Campaigns, performance data is available at the campaign type, portfolio, sub-brand, and label levels.
- For example, the data shown below is aggregated by campaign type. Campaign types are abbreviated (e.g., Sponsored Products - Auto appears as SP - A). Hover over the abbreviations to see their full names.
- Another example is performance aggregated by portfolio. You can view data rolled up at the portfolio level for a consolidated view.
4. Product Targeting Roll up: View performance summarized by brand type or labels.

5. Search Term Roll up: View performance summarized by search terms in the Search Terms dashboard.
