AMC Instance Setup

In this article, we'll explore how to find the SPA Entity ID and DSP CFID, which are necessary for creating a new AMC instance. For more details on AMC instance creation, please refer to this article.

Note: It is crucial to ensure that the Entity ID and CFID provided are correct. Using the incorrect IDs may lead to the linking of wrong accounts in your new AMC instance. Please read the instructions carefully.

SPA Entity ID

SPA Entity ID: This is your Sponsored Advertising Account's Entity ID. You can find it by following these steps:

  1. Login: Log in to Amazon advertising and copy the URL. Make sure your URL is clean and follows a format similar to this:

    https://advertising.amazon.com/cm/campaigns?entityId=ENTITYXXXXX

  2. Take a screenshot for AMC instance creation: Attach this screenshot to your AMC instance request form. Grab the entire screen, which includes the URL and the Company Name.

  3. If you see this format:

    https://advertising.amazon.com/cm/campaigns?entityId=ENTITYXXXXXXX&switchFromEntity=ENTITYZZZZZZZ

Go to https://advertising.amazon.com/am/overview and select the account to reset the URL, removing the switchFromEntity.

DSP CFID

DSP CFID: This is your DSP Customer-Facing ID. You can find it by following these steps:

  1. Login: Navigate to Amazon DSP campaign manager > Advertiser settings > Amazon ID.

  2. Take a screenshot for instance creation: Attach this screenshot to your AMC instance request form. It must clearly show both the Amazon ID and the Account Name.
