Here are the steps to follow to create an AMC instance.

NOTE: It is crucial to ensure that the Entity ID and CFID provided are correct. Using the incorrect IDs may lead to the linking of wrong accounts in your new AMC instance. Please read the instructions carefully.

Where can you find the SPA Entity ID?

  1. SPA Entity ID: this is your Sponsered Advertising Account. Log in to Amazon advertising and grab the entire screen, which includes the URL and the Company Name shown below.

    You must have a clean URL that looks similar to this format...

    This is the screenshot that you must attach to your AMC creation request form.

    If you see this format...

    Go to https://advertising.amazon.com/am/overview and select the account to reset the URL, removing the switchFromEntity.

Where can you find the DSP CFID?

  1. DSP CFID: Amazon DSP campaign manager > Advertiser settings > Amazon ID.

This is the screenshot that you must attach to your AMC creation request form. It must clearly show both the Amazon ID and the Account Name.
