Getting Started With Intentwise AI Gateway

Learn how to get started using Intentwise AI Gateway

New Customers

Step 1: Create Your Intentwise Organization

Sign up here: app.intentwise.com/signup

Complete the signup form to create your Intentwise organization. You will receive an activation email — click the link to verify your email and set your password.

Step 2: Add Your Amazon Data Sources

Once logged in, navigate to Global Settings → Account Management → Accounts.

  1. Add Sponsored Ads — Click “Add Account” and choose Sponsored Ads. Follow the authorization flow to connect your advertising account.

NOTE: Make sure you choose to enable the account as a data source.

 

  1. Add other accounts — Repeat the same authorization process for any Seller Central, Vendor Central, or Amazon DSP connections.

NOTE: Make sure you also enable each of these connections as a data source.

Connecting to AI 

Pick the AI tool you use — each guide walks you through the connector setup in a few minutes.

Turning the Connector On in a Conversation

For Claude.ai, the Intentwise connector does not activate automatically in every chat. To use it:

  1. Click the “+” Button — Click the “+” icon at the bottom-left of the chat input.
  2. Select Connectors — Click “Connectors” from the menu.
  3. Toggle Intentwise On — Find Intentwise and switch it on for this conversation.

Test Your Connection

Try one of these in a new chat to confirm everything is working, start your chat by mentioning the account you are working with:

  • “What’s my total ad spend and ROAS for the last 30 days?”
  • “Show me my top 5 campaigns by ROAS this month”
  • “Compare last 7 days to the prior 7 days”

You should see live data from your Intentwise account.

What Data Is Available

Intentwise AI Gateway gives your AI assistant access to the following data from your Amazon account. Data is updated daily.

Amazon Ads

Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Sponsored TV — campaigns, ad groups, keywords, search terms, products, placements, and budgets.

Amazon DSP

Programmatic display and video — orders, line items, creatives, audiences, and new-to-brand metrics.

Seller Central

Orders, returns, FBA inventory, traffic, conversion, and revenue by ASIN.

Vendor Central

Shipped revenue, ordered revenue, purchase orders, forecasts, and Retail Analytics by ASIN.

Search Query Performance

Brand- and ASIN-level search query data — impressions, clicks, cart adds, purchases, and share of voice by query.
