Navigating the Intentwise Platform

Learn how to navigate the Intentwise Platform and manage all accounts, adjust time periods, switching dashboards, and get help.

Intentwise Offerings

To explore different Intentwise offerings, select the dropdown menu at the top left corner.

Note: Certain offerings, such as Share of Voice and Content Analytics, may incur additional costs, with only a limited number of keywords/products tracked for free. Please review your contract or contact your Intentwise Account Manager for more details.

All Accounts

To switch between your accounts, utilize the account selection dropdown menu.

Time Period Selection

Please remember that the data you see in the dashboard is determined by the date range set in the top right-hand corner. You can also use Compare mode in various dashboards.

Left navigation menu

All dashboards can be accessed through the left navigation menu. Keep an eye out for additional dropdown menus indicated by arrows on certain dashboards.

Profile Dropdown Menu

Click on your profile picture in the top right corner to access the following:

  1. Help: Browse help articles (redirects you to the Help Section)

  2. Videos: Watch Intentwise Academy videos (included with your Intentwise subscription)

  3. Feedback: Submit product feature requests

  4. User Settings: Access your profile settings

  5. Billing Summary: View past invoices and manage credit card details

  6. Schedule a product tour: Connect with our Customer Success team

Column Selector

Using the Column Selector, you can easily add, remove, search, and reset columns across all dashboards.
