What is a conflict?

A conflict status usually results from running multiple rules changing the same entity (keyword, target, campaign, etc.) simultaneously.

How can I avoid it?

You can either pause one of the conflicting rules and make changes manually or change the scheduled time for the rules. The conflict only happens if the rules are running at the same time.

What is a failure?

A failure status occurs when an automated rule fails to execute the specified action. You should only see failures if there is some rare issue with Amazon Advertising API. We have built automated systems to monitor failures. Our customer success team members will let you know and work with you to resolve any issues.
