You can add Negative Product Targets in two ways:
From the search terms tab
Select an ASIN(s) from the Search terms screen and you will see an option to add as a negative.
From Product Targeting tab
Click on "Negative Product Targeting" to manage your negatives.
Enter the Targets you want to negate, select the campaigns and ad groups and click on Submit.
