To provide API access to Amazon Vendor Central, follow these steps:
To avoid connection issues, please log into your Amazon Vendor Central console first with the account selected.
Step 1: Navigate to Account Management >Accounts tab > Add Accounts > Amazon Vendor Central and click on Next
A.) If there is an existing Amazon Sponsored Ads account on the platform for which you want the Vendor Central access, click Yes and select the account in the drop-down. Click on Next.
B.) If not, click on No. Type the account name, select the marketplace and click on Next.
A.) If you are the account owner, click on Yes and authorize access to the account
You will be redirected to the Amazon Vendor Central login page. Enter your account credentials. In the following screen that appears, provide us consent.
B.) If you are not the account owner, click on No. Copy the authorization link and share it with the account owner.
They need to log in to their Amazon Vendor account. In the following screen that appears, provide us consent.
3. Select Yes if you want to add the account as a data source to the Intenteise Analytics Cloud. You can manage the data source connections from the Intentwise Analytics Cloud > My Connections at any time.
On successful completion, a success message will appear. The setup takes around 24 hours. We'll notify you via email once it is complete.
1. To provide API access, you must be a primary user of a Professional Selling account. If the account isn't a Professional Selling account, you'll be unable to provide VC API access.
2. Since Amazon Vendor Central Access isn't region-specific, you need to provide access to each account separately using the above steps.
