Steps for setting up Share of Voice
Once the Share of Voice module has been enabled, you can start the setup in the Global Settings tab.
Go to Share of Voice under Global Settings.
Add Frequency of Tracking: Specify how often you want to run SOV.
Add your brand names on Amazon. Learn more.
Add Tracked Keywords: Add the keywords you want to track.

Share of Voice For Intentwise Analytics Cloud (IAC)
Once you have completed setting up/configuring Share of Voice for the respective accounts, follow the instructions/steps below to activate this as a data source in IAC.
In My Connections, click on the “+ Add Source” option in the “My Data Sources” section and then select “Share of Voice.”
Select Accounts: You will then be presented with the “Data Source Settings” screen where you will find all the available accounts for which Share of Voice has been enabled. You can then select the accounts you want to activate by checking the checkbox and then clicking on the “Enable” option in the top ribbon menu.
You will then receive a confirmation notification regarding the account addition. Please note that it will take about 24 hours after enabling the account to access the data.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does the pricing change based on different frequencies?
Yes, the pricing may vary based on your frequency of tracking. For more details, check your contract or contact your Account Manager at Intentwise.
Will I be charged for paused keywords?
No. If you've paused or archived keywords, they will be excluded from billing.
Is SOV available for KDP accounts?
No, KDP accounts are not supported with Share of Voice.
