By default, Intentwise will sync with your Amazon structure once a day. If you've made recent changes like new campaigns, updated bids, or new keywords on your Amazon Advertising Console, you might want to see these changes in your Intentwise Ad account right away. Instead of waiting for the next sync, you can manually sync from Amazon to Intentwise for up-to-date and accurate ad account information.
Steps to initiate an on-demand sync:
Step 1: Select All Accounts
Step 2: Select the account(s) by checking the checkbox next to the account you wish to sync, then click "Sync with Amazon"
Step 3: Click on Confirm to sync with Amazon
Note: You will receive an email once the sync is complete. This process typically takes between 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the load on Amazon.
