FAQs around Intentwise Analytics Cloud
Why can't I see my Advertising/Seller Central/Vendor Central account in the list of data sources?
If you can't see your account in the list of data sources, that means we don't have access to your account. First, you need to provide access to the account, and then you can add it to the Intentwise Analytics Cloud as a data source. To do so, navigate to Account Management > Accounts Tab, and provide access to your Advertising, Seller Central, and Vendor Central accounts.
I connected Tableau/Power BI to Intentwise Analytics Cloud, so why can't I see my account's data in my reports?
If you followed the correct steps to connect Tableau/Power BI, allow up to 3 hours for your account data to reflect in your reports.
I connected Looker Studio (Google Data Studio or GDS)to Intentwise Analytics Cloud, so why can't I see my account's data in the report?
There are two things you can check:
Ensure your Google account is connected to Intentwise, and you are signing into Looker Studio (Google Data Studio or GDS) using the same email address. Watch the steps here.
After connecting Looker Studio, it can take up to 24 hours to load your account's data.
Why am I getting an "access denied" error while accessing the Looker Studio (Google Data Studio or GDS) report?
This error usually occurs in two cases:
When the user who tries to access the report is not registered on the Intentwise platform. To fix this, connect your Google account to Intentwise Analytics Cloud, and open Looker Studio (Google Data Studio or GDS)using the same email address. Watch the steps here.
If the user trying to access the report does not have access to the Intentwise platform. To resolve this, check the steps here.
Why can't I see yesterday's data in my reports i.e. Delay in data on Amazon Reports vs Intentwise Analytics Cloud?
There is a data push that happens daily at 8:30 am PST. It means that yesterday's data from Amazon is copied into Intentwise Analytics Cloud at this time. For Vendor Central data, the delay is longer. Amazon shares Vendor Central data with a four-day gap.
Why is there a discrepancy between reports on Amazon vs. reports on Intentwise Analytics Cloud?
This discrepancy can be due to two reasons:
Data Load: A data push happens daily at 6:30 am PT. It means that yesterday's data from Amazon is copied into Intentwise Analytics Cloud at 6:30 am PT.
Attribution: You see this discrepancy due to the Amazon attribution window. There is a ten-day attribution window for Seller Central and Vendor Central and a fourteen-day attribution window for Ads data. After this attribution window has passed, the data should match. We daily download 20-days of advertising data and 10-days of Seller Central and Vendor Central data from Amazon to account for attribution. This ensures the old data is replaced with the attributed data.
I notice discrepancy in my Ordered Products Sales. What can I do?
On Intentwise, total Ordered Products Sales and total Ordered Product Units contain both B2B and non-B2B sales i.e Ordered Product Sales = Ordered Product Sales + B2B Sales. Ensure that you factor this in while comparing the numbers on the Intentiwse with the Seller Central numbers.

The report should be setup within 24 hours.
