Frequently Asked Questions

What is the "display" line item type, and how does it affect existing line items?

Starting May 2024, Amazon will consolidate standard display, Amazon mobile display, and AAP mobile app line items into a single "display" line item type. From this date, any new line items will only have the "display" option available. Line items created before May 2024 will continue to have their original options. To support this change, a quick link for the new "display" type has been added on Intentwise, while previous line item types will remain accessible for existing campaigns.
